Thanks to two chemicals that live in your brain called Serotonin and Dopamine, your brain is capable of learning faster when you’re happy through a process called Neuroplasticity.

Whilst it is possible to be literally too happy, it certainly won’t do much harm. The current global environment is an unhappy place if you spend too much time reading the headlines so instead we think you should focus on your studies, find a way to be as happy as you can, and understand that you can still perform well in your education even in the midst of global chaos.

What is Neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is in essence a process in which you can rewire or recalibrate your brain. Learning and unlearning new or old habits, and changing the way you think and operate through a psychological process.

This process is so powerful in fact, that it is being used to rehabilitate stroke victims. It is literally how us humans learn and master new skills.

What is an example of Neuroplasticity?

Think about a conductor, conducting an orchestra and how he can individually pick out the sound of each of the many different instruments played by the many different musicians…
