Working from home is a trend that is here to stay. Although it has many advantages, it can also bring some challenges. Its main challenge relies on the mixing of living and working from the same space, this being very taxing for your physical, mental and even, emotional health.

Here are ways to boost your energy levels to leave you feeling fresh and renewed to seize this new way of working.

Move your body

Believe it or not, a great way to increase your overall energy is to move your body. A morning workout or walk can be a great way to leave you feeling ready for the rest of the morning.

If moving before work sounds a bit too tiring you can incorporate an afternoon HIIT session or run to help you break the day and help you avoid the afternoon slump. At night you might be too tired to try such an intense workout so you could switch to an online yoga class, for example, to help you sleep better and have more energy for the next day.

Focus on your Food
