Student mental health was an important topic even before an ongoing global pandemic, resultant economic recession and general downturn in the mood and atmosphere of the entire planet: today it is more important than ever.
Exacerbated by a move to online-only learning and lockdowns, more and more students are reporting feeling lonely and depressed.

Overcoming your student stress:
We appreciate a lot of this is easier said than done, and if you don’t feel like doing anything except staying in bed and eating ice cream that is ok, it’s only not okay when it becomes permanent: nothing in life is truly permanent, and you will get through these times.
